cervical ribs are one of the incidentally detected thing and are asymptomatic most of the times.
cervical ribs may be complete, when they articulate with sterum or may be rudimentary(incomplete).
A young lady with features of thoracic outlet syndrome had these findings.
There is complete cervical rib on the right side: The left cervical rib has an accessory articulation with the
typical first rib ( synostosis). There is pseudoarthrosis in the midst of the fusion.
